Juniper essential oil (Juniperus communis)

Description

Juniper essential oil is  physically and emotional cleansing and use for protecting aura. It helps the body to get rid of toxins that contribute to problems such as cellulite, rheumatic  or arthritis stresses in the muscles and joints, tension and stress. It is used to raise the level of energy, after sports or any other stressful activity in which fatigue or inflammation of the muscle develops. Juniper essential oil helps to fight the colds , skin problems especially with eczema and acne. Do not use undilluted  essential oil directly on skin because it can burn the skin. Instead, you can dilute 3-20 drops of essential oil with 30 ml of olive or almond oil, and then apply it to the face, body or scalp as a massage oil.
